Initial conversation

A proper conversation - not a sales pitch. We want to understand the project, the brief, and whether we're the right people for it.

Site visit

We visit the site. We look properly. We ask the questions a good contractor asks before anyone touches a programme or a price.

Proposal

A clear, honest proposal - scope, programme, price. No hidden costs. No vague allowances.

Where we work

We take on projects across Rutland, Peterborough, and Cambridge. For the right commission, we'll consider further afield.
